At the Annual General Meeting (Ordinary General Meeting) all shareholders are given the opportunity to exercise their influence over the Company based on their shareholding.

Annual General Meeting 2023

AcadeMedia’s Annual General Meeting takes place on Thursday 30 November 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the AGM 2023 can do so by e-mail to bolagsstamma@academedia.se . Proposals should be submitted 12 October 2023, at the latest.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the AGM 2023 can do so by e-mail to valberedning@academedia.se. Proposals should be submitted 12 October 2023, at the latest.
