AcadeMedia has a highly evolved framework for leadership training and strategic competence development. Academy provides the necessary conditions for prospective, new, and senior leaders to develop their leadership skills.

AcadeMedia Academy is the result of AcadeMedia's desire to support, stimulate, and challenge our leaders. Over time, us rich range of leadership training, with a comprehensive, top quality and diverse content, has been developed.

Strategic supply of competence

AcadeMedia has put in place unique structures and tools to ensure a steady supply of competence within our organisation. This is coupled with Academy’s leadership development programmes which both contribute to the development of leaders, and which promote AcadeMedia's provision of leaders from within our organisation. Our goal is to make use of and motivate future leaders, as well as to develop and challenge our existing senior leaders.

In addition, Academy offers brief digital leadership trainings, designed to meet needs identified from AcadeMedia's various operations. These range in subject matter including conducting challenging conversations, leadership in low-level crises and developing ability to provide feedback. Several of Academy's leadership initiatives are also available as open training courses, available not only to AcadeMedia's employees but also to anyone who is interested.
