We want to give our employees the best possible conditions to feel well. That’s why we offer everyone at AcadeMedia a wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year, which can be used for activities that promote both health and well-being.

Leadership is a crucial success factor for employee well-being and development. Our leaders have the ability to engage and motivate employees and to organise the work in ways that are efficient and evolving. We also offer management support and leadership development services for both new and experienced managers through our internal academy for professional development, AcadeMedia Academy.

AcadeMedia’s mission is to lead the development of future education. In today’s complex and ever-changing world, we are required to act in an agile way here and now whilst maintaining a long-term and sustainable approach. To be a major contributor in the future of education we established the 2023 Strategic Plan which outlines the vision, mission, and values of AcadeMedia.

The 2023 Strategic Plan defines the long-term endeavour for AcadeMedia as a whole. An endeavour that provides our operations with support and directions in the everyday ongoing development work.

Our employees have access to the internal academy for professional development, AcadeMedia Academy. We gather and share knowledge, experience, and expertise from within and outside the group. At our educational web, employees can access courses and inspiration to enhance their knowledge and diversify their expertise. New initiatives and programmes are continuously made available to all employees.
